TERMS OF USE
Please read the following carefully. The terms below form a binding contract (the "Agreement") between you as the users of this service (“Customer” or “You”) and Jon Yuen – Helse og Trening ("Jon Yuen"), which governs your use of Jon Yuen's web courses.
This Agreement entitles the Customer to use Jon Yuen's web courses for a period of 24 months from the date of purchase.
The course is purchased for personal use, and cannot be passed on to others, either internally in the organization or externally. The agreement cannot be transferred to a third party without the written consent of Jon Yuen.

This contract (the "Agreement") is between You and Jon Yuen – Helse og Trening ("Jon Yuen"), registered under organization number 996 466 019 in Norway.

The service – web courses
Jon Yuen offers web courses, mainly online video courses, with the purpose of improving the quality of your health and give advice about how to make your workout more efficient.
The online courses are run on one Jon Yuen's web site platform - www.yuenjon.thinkific.com.
The Customer will once this agreement is entered into gain access to all lessons related to the specific course for two years. The Customer can in this period view the lessons for an unlimited number of times.
Jon Yuen recommends that you carefully read the course guidelines and follow the weekly course plan.
Your membership includes necessary technical support in connection with login to the platforms, and the actual access to the product. Your membership does not include any other professional support from Jon Yuen.
Jon Yuen reserves the right to remove or modify the online course if, due to regulatory changes or for technical, legal or quality reasons, i.e. the specific course is no longer considered good enough.
User obligations and limitation
The Customer is obliged to provide correct name and email of the user (s) when entering the Agreement. Access to the course(s) is personal to the user covered by this Agreement and shared account is not allowed. The Customer undertakes to ensure that the product or any part thereof is not copied or otherwise made available to third parties that do not have a valid agreement with Jon Yuen.
The Customer promise to not knowingly or negligently cause any service to be impaired, interrupted or damaged, including without limitation promising to take all reasonable steps to avoid introducing viruses, malware or other such items to Jon Yuen's websites and videos.
Availability of the service
The video courses will be available every day from 00:00 to 24:00.
Support requests can be sent to Jon Yuen on e-mail: [email protected]. If errors occur Jon Yuen will perform error correction and provide assistance as soon as possible, usually within 24 hours.
Maintenance that may cause the website and the products to become unavailable for a period of time will, as far as possible, be done outside normal working hours.
System requirements
The services are functional with the most common operating systems and browsers in the market at the time of purchase.
Prices and payment terms
The product has a one-time price unless otherwise is agreed. The prices are stated on the website when buying access to the lessons.
The Customer can pay either by Stripe or PayPal to gain access to the web courses. Once the payment goes through, access will be granted to the ordered course.
Intellectual property and other rights
All content, including and without limitation, graphics, logos, text, images, videos, course material, digital downloads, data compilations and software made available by Jon Yuen on or via www.yuenjon.thinkific.com is the property of Jon Yuen. Jon Yuen and other registered and unregistered trademarks and branding used in connection with the Services, are the property of Jon Yuen and may not be used without prior, written permission.
We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and make personal and non-commercial use of the product. Any right not expressly granted is expressly reserved. Without limitation to this reservation of rights, this license expressly excludes modifying, distributing, copying, reproducing, republishing, selling, making any derivative works from or extracting or utilizing the product or parts of the products.
This license automatically terminates if you breach this Agreement.
The use of data mining, robots, crawlers or any similar software or similar data gathering and extraction tools to extract data from the services is expressly prohibited.
Privacy
Jon Yuen has its own privacy statement here: LINK TIL PERSONVERNERKLÆRING where it is stated what sort of personal information Jon Yuen processes, and your rights related to GDPR. The privacy statement is to be considered accepted by purchasing access to the web course(s).
Confidentiality
Jon Yuen undertakes to maintain confidentiality in relation to personal matters and other information the company comes into contact with as a result of the customer relationship.
The duty of confidentiality also applies after the contractual relationship has ended.
Liability
Jon Yuen is not responsible for errors, or consequences of errors, in functions or content of the individual course or lesson. The Customer maintains the responsibility for his/hers own health and the use of the course(s). Jon Yuen disclaims all and any responsibility for consequences of the use of the course(s).
To ensure the quality of the product, any errors that the customer becomes aware of should be reported to Jon Yuen as soon as possible.
Breach of contract
Jon Yuen has the right to terminate the Agreement immediately if the Customer breaches the Agreement.
Termination of the Agreement means that access to the online course and lessons is revoked. If a breach happens, the Customer is still obliged to pay the full price for the online course.
The Customer may be held financially liable for losses Jon Yuen incurs as a result of the breach.
In the event of a material breach of the agreement by Jon Yuen, and which Jon Yuen has not been able to rectify within a reasonable time after receiving written notice from the Customer, the Customer may terminate the Agreement with immediate effect and receive a refund for non-completed courses.
Duration
The Agreement enters into force from the time the Customer accepts the Agreement and completes the purchase of the course(s).
The Agreements duration is two years from the time of purchase.
Disputes
The parties' rights and obligations under this agreement are governed in their entirety by Norwegian law.
If a dispute arises between the parties regarding the interpretation or legal effects of the agreement, the dispute shall first be resolved through negotiations.
If a dispute related to this agreement is not resolved after negotiations, the parties may attempt to resolve the dispute by mediation.
If a dispute is not resolved by negotiation or mediation, each of the parties may demand the dispute settled with the final effect by the Norwegian courts. The parties agree that Oslo Tingrett is the legal venue.
